Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits and vegetables, we have a strict yet customer-friendly return policy.

Return Window
- You must report any issue within 2 hours of receiving the order.
- Take a clear photo/video of the issue as proof.

Refund Process

- Fresh fruits & vegetables once accepted and found satisfactory
- Opened or partially used packages
- Products that have been stored improperly by the customer
